Longer Lashes and Denser Eyebrows- DIY

lashes

Who does not want longer lashes and denser eyebrows naturally. Today I am feeling very generous so I am gonna share 2 methods, okay 3 which you can try it out at home.

First Method :

Petroleum Jelly . Yes. Just this. Take tiny amount of the product and apply on your lashes and brows regularly.

This locks in the moisture and prevents the hair from drying and falling out.

Second Method :

Castor oil. You can use this directly or add few drops of coconut oil. And apply it carefully on the lashes/brows.

You can use an old clean mascara wand to apply.

Do not use too much, because you don’t want oil dripping into your eyes.

Third Method :

Almond oil : Same as Castor oil. Apply carefully on to the lashes/Brows directly with clean fingers or the wand.

Almond oil can make a good eye cream. Apply very little.

These methods take time but are effective in the long run. So those are the methods I follow whenever I feel my lashes are falling out or too dry.

Eye Make up Lingo / Terms

Here is a guide to eye make up lingo or  the terms used in the make up world.

eyelingo

Lower and upper waterline: This is where the eye liner is applied.

Lower and Upper lash line : Can apply eyeliner or even use eyeshadow to line them.

Inner corner: Lighter eye shadow is applied in the shape of “V” to brighten the look of the eyes.

Lashes: well no brainer. I am sure we all know about these. Mascara is applied on both upper and lower lashes.

Brow line: A highlighter or the lighter shade is used over the lower brow line

Upper eyelid: Though I have not mentioned in the picture, the eye shadow is applied. Depending on what kind of look you are going for, one or more shades are used and blended.

Crease line: Usually a darker shade is used over the crease line and blended well to give a softer yet natural look.

Outer corner:  This is where you end the liner or eye shadows. Again depends on the look you going for.
